Membership is free. Simply confirm you're 19+ and a Canadian resident to get started.
We operate 364 days a year — closed only on Christmas Day.
No. Anyone under 19 is not permitted to purchase tobacco or nicotine products. We verify government-issued photo ID at the door for every delivery.
Payments
Online orders accept all major credit cards. In-store, we accept cash only (ATM available on site).
Consumable purchases are final sale — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your package is missing, we'll reship it.
Shipping
Yes — same-day delivery within our service area for orders placed before 2 PM.
Yes, tracking is available on request. Contact hello@whitebirchpost.ca if your tracking is not updating.
No — we ship within Canada only.
